If you’re not 100% completely satisfied with our quality and service, we will promptly correct any concerns and do whatever it takes to make you happy. We aim to give you an "Outstanding Service Experience!"
Guarantee 2:
We will arrive at the appointed time on the specified day.
Guarantee 3:
Any damage to floors or fixtures sustained as a result of our cleaning methods or procedures will be repaired at no charge and at YOUR earliest convenience. We're fully insured!
Guarantee 4:
If you have your Grout Colour Sealed we’ll provide a 15 year written warranty.
Guarantee 5:
If you
have your Glass Treated we’ll provide a 10 year written warranty for new glass
and up to 5 years for old glass (depending on current
condition). Guarantee 6:If you see
something that's not up to your standards, just let us know within two business
day after the cleaning. We promise to correct it by returning at the earliest
possible moment, without hassle or
hessitation.
